AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for accidents involving damage to
3 unattended vehicle or property.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3745(b) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 3745. Accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or
9 property.

11 (b) Penalty.--[A violation of this section is a summary
12 offense, punishable by a fine of $300 or imprisonment for not
13 more than 90 days, or both.] Any person violating this section
14 commits a misdemeanor of the third degree, punishable by a fine
15 of $2,500 or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
