| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Making an appropriation to the Department of Conservation and |
2 | Natural Resources for the purpose of maintaining service at |
3 | Presque Isle State Park. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Appropriation. |
7 | The sum of $3,400,000, or as much thereof as may be |
8 | necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of |
9 | Conservation and Natural Resources for the fiscal year July 1, |
10 | 2009, to June 30, 2010, for the purpose of maintaining service |
11 | to the public at Presque Isle State Park until September 30, |
12 | 2009 or until the General Appropriation Act for fiscal year |
13 | 2009-2010 is enacted, whichever occurs sooner. |
14 | Section 2. Effective date. |
15 | This act shall take effect immediately. |
