                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Arsenal Family and Children's
     2     Center.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $100,000, or as much thereof as may be
     6  necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Arsenal
     7  Family and Children's Center for the fiscal period July 1, 1979
     8  to June 30, 1980.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1979.
