                                     AN ACT

     1  Requiring persons doing business with the Commonwealth to have
     2     an address of the place where they actually do business.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Address of Persons Doing Business in the
     6  Commonwealth.--Every person who does business in the
     7  Commonwealth shall provide the Department of Commerce with a
     8  mailing address and with the address of such person's actual
     9  place of business.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
