AN ACT
Prohibiting members of the General Assembly from being
reimbursed for expenses and mileage on certain Saturdays and
Sundays.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Prohibition.
No member of the General Assembly may be reimbursed for
expenses or mileage to and from the member's residence on a
Saturday or Sunday unless that day is:
(1) a session day;
(2) immediately prior to a session day; or
(3) immediately after a session day.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
