A RESOLUTION
1 Directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a
2 study of the fiscal and policy impact of House Bill 150.
3 WHEREAS, House Bill 150 provides for the establishment of the
4 Office of Administrative Hearings, an Administrative Hearings
5 Account in the State Treasury, the appointment of administrative
6 law judges and their powers and duties, and makes an
7 appropriation; therefore be it
8 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives direct the Joint
9 State Government Commission to undertake a comprehensive study
10 of the fiscal and policy impact of House Bill 150; and be it
11 further
12 RESOLVED, That the Joint State Government Commission make a
13 report of its findings and recommendations to the House of
14 Representatives as soon as possible.
