Amend Bill, page 8, line 24, by striking out the period after
"year" and inserting
to which the following shall apply:
(i) Each meeting of the council shall be held in
person at a playground.
(ii) At least one meeting per year shall be held at
a playground in each of the following locations:
(A) A city of the first class.
(B) A playground in a borough.
(C) A playground in a rural community.
(D) A playground in a suburban community.
