Amend Bill, page 1, line 9, by inserting before "Employees"
(a)
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 4 and 5
(b) Organized employees shall have the right to discontinue
representation by a labor organization or change representatives
by election of the members. The General Assembly shall provide
by law for regular elections of organized employees, at
intervals of no more than seven years, to consider whether the
employees will discontinue representation or change
representatives.
