Amend Bill, page 7, line 13, by inserting after
"subdivisions."
Prior to the acquisition, purchase, transfer, inheritance,
exchange, giving or other receipt of a firearm, the person
receiving possession of the firearm must undergo a waiting
period of at least 48 hours from the initial agreement to
acquire, purchase, transfer, inherit, exchange, give, buy or
otherwise dispose of or receive any firearm.
