AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 291

Amend Bill, page 1, line 3, by striking out the period after
"repeal" and inserting
and for limitation on redevelopment assistance capital
projects; and making a related repeal.
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 20 and 21
Section 3. Limitation on redevelopment assistance capital
projects.
The maximum amount of redevelopment assistance capital
projects undertaken by the Commonwealth for which obligations
are outstanding shall not exceed, in aggregate, $4,050,000,000.
Section 4. Repeals.
Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under
paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate the addition of
section 3.
(2) Section 2.1 of the act of May 29, 2020 (P.L.205,
No.25), known as the Capital Budget Act of 2019-2020, is
repealed.
