Amend Bill, page 1, line 5, by inserting after "for" where it
occurs the first time
COVID-19 vaccination mandate restrictions, for
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 3 and 4
Section 1.1. In order to receive payments of the
appropriations provided in section 1, The Pennsylvania State
University shall certify to the Office of the Budget that The
Pennsylvania State University will not mandate that students of
The Pennsylvania State University receive a COVID-19 vaccination
on or after July 1, 2021. If The Pennsylvania State University
mandates that students of The Pennsylvania State University
receive a COVID-19 vaccination on or after July 1, 2021, The
Pennsylvania State University shall return all of the money
appropriated to The Pennsylvania State University by this act to
the Commonwealth.
