Amend Bill, page 2, line 10, by inserting after "year"
and shall be conditioned on continuing compliance with
subsection (c)(1)
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 16 and 17
(c) (1) The Pennsylvania State University may not require,
for enrollment, in-person attendance, use of any service,
engaging in any activity or entering any facility, any of the
following:
(i) vaccination against COVID-19; or
(ii) proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
(2) For the purposes of this subsection, unless the context
indicates otherwise, the term "COVID-19" shall mean a
respiratory disease caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus discovered in
2019.
