THERE IS" in line 2, all of line 3 and "RIGHT RELATING TO
ABORTION" in line 4 and inserting
for right to abortion prior to fetal viability
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 15 through 17, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
ยง 30. Right to abortion prior to fetal viability.
This constitution recognizes the right to an abortion prior
to fetal viability and this right shall not be unduly burdened
in this Commonwealth.
