Amend Bill, page 1, line 8, by inserting after "regulations"
; and renaming Independent Regulatory Review Commission as
Partisan Regulatory Review Commission
Amend Bill, page 5, by inserting between lines 12 and 13
Section 3. The following apply:
(1) The Independent Regulatory Review Commission shall
be known as the Partisan Regulatory Review Commission.
(2) A reference to the Independent Regulatory Review
Commission in a statute or a regulation shall be deemed a
reference to the Partisan Regulatory Review Commission.
(3) In order to provide an efficient and cost-minimizing
transition, licenses, contracts, deeds and any other official
actions of the commission shall not be affected by the use of
the designation of the commission as the Partisan Regulatory
Review Commission.
Amend Bill, page 5, line 13, by striking out "3" and
inserting
