AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 2143

Amend Bill, page 1, lines 8 and 9, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 1731(a) of Title 61 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph and the
section is amended by adding a subsection to read:
