Amend Bill, page 1, line 3, by inserting after "assistance,"
further providing for medical assistance pharmacy services and
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 8 through 10, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 449 of the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31,
No.21), known as the Human Services Code, is amended by adding a
subsection to read:
Section 449. Medical Assistance Pharmacy Services.--* * *
(k.1) A managed care organization or pharmacy benefit
manager shall offer to a medical assistance recipient coverage
for a single dispensing of a supply of contraceptive drugs,
devices or other products for up to a twelve-month period.

Section 2. The act is amended by adding a section to read:
Amend Bill, page 3, line 11, by striking out "2" and
inserting
