Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 28 and 29
"Unauthorized electronic monitoring device." An electronic,
mechanical or other means of monitoring a wire or electronic
communication that does not meet the provisions of this chapter
and is specifically used for the nonconsensual interception of
wire or electronic communications.
Amend Bill, page 4, line 28, by inserting after "RESIDENT"
or the guardian or legal representative of the resident
Amend Bill, page 9, lines 8 and 9, by striking out "§ 2713
(RELATING TO" in line 8 and all of line 9 and inserting
§ 2713.1 (relating to abuse of care-dependent person).
