AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1123

Amend Bill, page 1, line 19, by striking out "under 18
Pa.C.S. §" and inserting
against a law enforcement officer under 18 Pa.C.S. §
2502 (relating to murder) or
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 9 through 17, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
(c) Fund sources.--Funding shall consist of appropriations
by the General Assembly.
(d) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Fund." The Constable William Davidson Reward Fund.
"Law enforcement officer." The term shall have the same
meaning as the term "peace officer" under 18 Pa.C.S. § 501
(relating to definitions).
