Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 2 and 3
Section 2103-E. Retention of records related to COVID-19 by the
General Assembly.
A caucus or chamber of the General Assembly that was party to
litigation in Federal or State court related to COVID-19, the
order or actions of an executive agency in response to COVID-19
shall preserve all records pertaining to litigation in
possession of the caucus or chamber of the General Assembly for
a period of 10 years after the order is terminated by executive
order, proclamation or operation of law, including records
created concerning the cost of litigation. All contracts entered
into and costs and expenses incurred due to any litigation
covered under this section shall be published on the General
Assembly's publicly accessible Internet website. Information
published under this section shall be updated monthly.
