AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 508

Amend Bill, page 9, line 2, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
Section 2. The Secretary of Human Services shall transmit
notice to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in
the Pennsylvania Bulletin when sufficient child-care providers
in each Department of Human Services designated region are
available to serve at least the number of children served in
February 2020.
Section 3. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following shall take effect immediately:
(i) This section.
(ii) Section 2 of this act.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect upon
publication of the notice under section 2 of this act.
