AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 398

Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 14 and 15
(a.2) The majority committee chairperson shall, within 15
business days of receipt of the information submitted to the
committee chairpersons under subsection (a), conduct an
informational hearing on the proposed regulation.
Amend Bill, page 7, line 23, by striking out "an
informational hearing" and inserting
additional informational hearings
Amend Bill, page 7, lines 25 and 26, by striking out "if
petitioned to do so by a majority of" in line 25 and all of line
26 and inserting
upon the request of any committee member.
Amend Bill, page 9, line 26, by inserting after "caucus."
A majority committee chairperson shall, within 15 business
days of receipt of the information required under this
subsection, conduct an informational hearing on the final-form
regulation.
