Amend Bill, page 16, line 14, by striking out all of said
line and inserting
Section 12. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The amendment of sections 1302.1(a) and (a.3)(1) and
(2) and 1302.1-D(a) shall take effect January 1, 2021.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 30
days.
