occurs the second time
Amend Bill, page 7, lines 24 and 25, by striking out the
period in line 24 and all of line 25 and inserting
; and
(v) the impact on certain demographics, based on
data including ethnicity and race, within this
Commonwealth.
(3) (i) To make a final report no later than six months
Amend Bill, page 7, by inserting between lines 27 and 28
(ii) To include with the final report a demographic
report on the impact of COVID-19 on individuals across
this Commonwealth, specifically as the data related to
race and ethnicity.
