inserting
appoint a
Amend Bill, page 5, lines 6 and 7, by striking out the period
in line 6 and all of line 7 and inserting
and the council shall elect a vice chairperson of the
council at the first meeting of the council. If the council is
equally divided on the question of electing a vice chairperson,
the chairperson of the council shall appoint a vice chairperson
of the council.
