said lines

Amend Bill, page 2, line 27, by striking out the comma after
"COMMONWEALTH" and inserting
during the proclamation of disaster emergency issued by the
Governor on March 6, 2020, published at 50 Pa.B. 1644 (March 21,
2020), and any renewal of the state of disaster emergency,
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 1 and 2
Section 3. Compliance with public health requirements.
Nothing in this act shall be construed to relieve a business
permitted to operate under section 2 from adhereing to the
social distancing practices, mask requirements and other
mitigation measures defined by the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention or the requirements for businesses to operate as
ordered by the Governor under 35 Pa.C.S. ยง 7301 (relating to
general authority of Governor).
