Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 23 and 24
Section 4. Outdoor sportsman club employee nondiscrimination.
(a) General rule.--An outdoor sportsman club may not
discriminate against an employee on the basis of age, race, sex,
religion, ethnic origin, economic status, sexual orientation,
gender identity or expression or disability.
(b) Further limitation.--It shall be unlawful for any
outdoor sportsman club, because of age, race, color, religion,
ethnic origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender
identity or expression or disability to refuse to hire or employ
or contract with, to bar or to discharge from employment any
individual or independent contractor, or to otherwise
discriminate against such individual or independent contractor
with respect to compensation, hire, tenure, terms, conditions or
privileges of employment or contract, if the individual or
independent contractor is the best able and most competent to
perform the services required.
