Amend Bill, page 2, line 19, by striking out "or older adult"
Amend Bill, page 3, line 16, by inserting before "A"
(a) General rule.--
Amend Bill, page 3, line 17, by inserting after "DEPARTMENT"
in the same manner the facility currently reports specific
identified and reportable diseases, infections and conditions,
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 25 and 26
(b) COVID-19 data.--For the purposes of this section, COVID-
19 related data shall include the number of positive COVID-19
cases and the number of deaths as a result of COVID-19 among
employees and recipients.

Except as provided under subsection (b), the

deaths related to COVID-19 on its publicly accessible Internet
website.
