Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 19 and 20
(a.1) Public open house prohibited.--A meeting under
subsection (a)(1)(i) by a licensee with a prospective home buyer
or tenant must be individually scheduled at least 24 hours prior
to the time of the meeting. A licensee with a prospective home
buyer or tenant must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the
time of the meeting. A licensee may not conduct a public open
house.
