Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 21 and 22
(k) Disqualification.--No nonpublic school may use any
amount of funding obtained through a tuition grant for anything
other than the education of the student who received the tuition
grant. A nonpublic school that violates the requirements of this
subsection shall be disqualified from future participation in
the tuition grant program.
