Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 10 and 11
(vi) The Insurance Department shall adopt regulations
providing for an assessment to maintain a minimum balance of one
billion five hundred million dollars ($1,500,000,000) in the
Workers' Compensation Security Fund for such time as needed to
administer the provisions of this subsection.
