AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1170

Amend Bill, page 10, by inserting between lines 17 and 18
Section 8. Applicability.
This act shall apply to employers as follows:
(1) For an employer with 500 or more employees, this act
shall apply beginning on the effective date of this section.
(2) For an employer with at least 100 and no more than
499 employees, this act shall apply beginning six months
following the effective date of this section.
(3) For an employer with fewer than 100 employees, this
act shall apply beginning one year following the effective
date of this section.
