Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 25 and 26
Section 4.1. Audits.
To ensure compliance with the requirements of this act, the
Secretary of Labor and Industry shall conduct complaint-based
and random audits of employers in this Commonwealth. In
conducting such audits, the Secretary of Labor and Industry
shall utilize the E-Verify program to verify an employee's work
authorization status.
