Amend Bill, page 12, lines 18 through 22, by striking out
"telemedicine if the health insurer" in line 18, all of lines 19
through 21 and "shall apply to a telemedicine encounter." in
line 22 and inserting
both in-person and telemedicine services in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the network participation
agreement between the insurer and the participating provider.
Amend Bill, page 12, lines 23 and 24, by striking out "OR
PROPRIETARY TELEMEDICINE TECHNOLOGY OR" and inserting
telemedicine platform or telemedicine
