(c) Disclosure.--
(1) Audio recordings and video recordings that involve
police shootings or the use of deadly force shall be subject
to the Right-to-Know Law.
(2) Property owners and tenants where the audio
recordings and video recordings were made, as well as other
individuals who appear or are heard on the recordings, may
make requests through the Right-to-Know Law.
