(c) Exemptions.--Notwithstanding subsection (a), a local
ordinance or rule may be enacted to prohibit the carrying or
possession of firearms on municipal property, including, but not
limited to, municipal buildings, libraries and parks.
Amend Bill, page 3, line 26, by striking out "(c)" and
