(f) The Majority Chairmen of the Appropriations Committees
of the Senate and the House of Representatives shall solicit
comment from the Secretary of the Budget, who shall advise the
chairmen of any discrepancies, disagreements or additional
information concerning the summary that may be of use to the
General Assembly. The Majority Chairmen shall include the
Secretary of the Budget's comments as part of the summary.
