Amend Bill, page 3, lines 4 and 5, by striking out all of
said lines
Amend Bill, page 5, line 24, by inserting after "artist."
The department shall prescribe the subjects of examination,
which shall include the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration standard for bloodborne pathogens and other
health, sanitation, sterilization and safety standards.
Amend Bill, page 7, line 23, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
(a) Prohibitions.--
(1) An individual may not perform a tattooing
Amend Bill, page 7, by inserting between lines 26 and 27
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), an individual may not
perform a tattooing or body-piercing service on the genitals
of another individual who is under 18 years of age and is not
emancipated.
