IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT MEDICAL MARIJUANA
AND OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE
Before starting a medical marijuana regimen, talk to your
doctor or health care practitioner about how medical marijuana
may impact your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Under Pennsylvania law, even a small amount of marijuana in your
blood could result in conviction for DUI (Driving Under the
Influence), also called Impaired Driving or Drugged Driving.
Conviction for DUI can result in serious penalties, including
fines, jail and losing your driver's license for a period of
time. If you have any questions about how the DUI law could
potentially impact you, contact your attorney for legal advice.
