Amend Bill, page 1, lines 6 through 8, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 2702(c)(2) and (d) of Title 18 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended and subsection
(c) is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
Amend Bill, page 1, by inserting between lines 14 and 15
(2) Firefighter, including a volunteer firefighter and a
special fire police officer.
