1Amend Bill, page 2, line 10, by inserting after "producer."

2 This term shall not include an individual employed to 
3provide insurance enrollment or coverage assistance by a health 
4care facility as defined in section 103 of act of July 19, 1979 
5(P.L.130, No.48), known as the Health Care Facilities Act.
