1Amend Bill, page 5, by inserting between lines 7 and 8

2(3) In consultation with the Department of Drug and
3Alcohol Programs, develop or approve training and
4instructional materials about recognizing opioid-related
5overdoses, administering naloxone and promptly seeking
6medical attention. The training and instruction materials
7shall be provided free of charge on the Internet.

9"subsection(a)(2)"
