1Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 5 and 6

2(I) No pharmacy licensed in this Commonwealth or another
3state, and owned wholly or in part by an insurer providing
4workers' compensation insurance in this Commonwealth, shall seek
5reimbursement for any drug dispensed under a workers'
6compensation claim.
