1Amend Bill, page 7, by inserting between lines 23 and 24

2(i) (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section
3to the contrary, this section shall not apply to a person who
4is a senior citizen or disabled.

5(2) As used in this section, the following words and
6phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
7subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

8"Senior citizen." Any person who has attained the age of
962 years of age or older, or will attain such age during the
10term of an agreement in which the person is a tenant of a
11residential property.

12"Disabled." Having a physical or mental impairment that
13substantially limits one or more major life activities.
