1Amend Bill, page 8, by inserting between lines 19 and 20

2(i) If a judgment of foreclosure is entered against a
3landlord, the landlord shall immediately notify all tenants in
4writing and the landlord may not remove or dispose of abandoned
5personal property under this section.
