5(d) Certification.--Annually, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat 
6Commission and the Pennsylvania Game Commission shall each 
7certify whether development within 150 feet of a perennial or 
8intermittent river, stream or creek or lake, pond or reservoir 
9of this Commonwealth has adversely affected fishing, hunting or 
10trapping. The certifications shall be published in the 
11Pennsylvania Bulletin.
