1Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting after line 30

2(i.1) If the superintendent has a reasonable belief, at any
3time during the school year, that appropriate education may not
4be occurring in the home education program, he may, by certified
5mail, return receipt requested, require that the supervisor
6provide documentation required under subsection (e)(1) to the
7superintendent within 30 days of the superintendent's request.

9inserting
