8Section 12. The act is amended by adding a section to read:

9Section 408.2. State Revenue Impact Study.--By December 31,
102014, the department and the Independent Fiscal Office shall
11collaborate on a report that calculates the State revenue impact
12if mandatory unitary combined reporting were adopted in this
13Commonwealth. Certain assumptions may be used in the report and
14it shall be used for informational purposes only. The report
15shall be made available to the public and delivered to the
16members of the General Assembly.
