6Section 1807.1-C. Natural gas facility.

7(a) Use.--The sum of $10,000,000 shall be used to make tax
8credits available to transit authorities to build new compressed
9natural gas facilities. The facilities must provide access to
10the public as well as transit vehicles.

11(b) Definitions.--The following words and phrases when used
12in this section shall have the meanings given to them in this
13subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

14"Mass transit authority." An operator of regularly scheduled
15transportation that is available to the general public and is
16provided according to published schedules along designated
17published routes with specified stopping points for the taking
18on and discharging of passengers. The term does not include
19exclusive ride taxi services, charter or sightseeing services,
20nonpublic transportation or school bus or limousine services.
