2"Immediate family." A spouse, parent, sibling, child or a
3spouse of a parent, sibling or child.

4Amend Bill, page 4, line 8, by inserting after "credit."

5 The term shall not include any of the following:

6(1) An individual who, alone or together with one or
7more members of the individual's immediate family, either
8prior to or as a result of the making of the qualified
9investment, owns 50% or more of the equity interest in the
10qualified business venture.

11(2) A member of the immediate family of the individual
12described under paragraph (1).
