striking out "(2)  A certified athletic trainer who is trained

in the " in line 17 on page 1, all of lines 1 and 2 and "(3)" in

line 3 on page 2 and inserting

Amend Bill, page 5, line 16, by striking out "in 60 days" and

inserting
